Our product range is non-alcoholic, but we may suggest recipes for an at-home cocktail pairing. Drink responsibly!

Chinotto

A base of roasted citrus syrup from a majority mandarins and oranges, paired with blood orange, pink grapefruit, white grapefruit, and lemons. Added raw sugar is balanced out by a water kefir base (or Tibicos), resulting in a naturally carbonated, slightly acidic summer drink.

It is a bitter orange ‘cola’ with a herbal twist. 

Ayurvedic Turmeric Tonic

Turmeric is a great for the immune system, anti-inflammatory and gut health. Trick is our feeble bodies don’t break it down properly to get its full effects. Thankfully if you carefully ferment it with wild honey, black pepper and ginger we can gain all its magical properties.

Blended with some Ayurvedic spices, where this tonic firmly has its roots (pun intended) we also add a cooked lemon mix to add some extra vitC

It’s great hot with some honey for sweetness, or a shot in your favourite juice.

Apple & Kunzea 

Kunzea ambigua, white kunzea (or ‘tick bush’) is the only kunzea growing in Tasmania. Its amazing flowers add sweet aromas and flavouring, forming the lush floral base of this drink, which is infused with local Tasmanian apple juice and carbonated for a refreshing fizz. 

Best enjoyed over ice in the Tassie sunshine.

Rhubarb Soda Drink

Bitter Rhubarb Soda

A non-alcoholic ferment with rhubarb, brown sugar, lemons and some honey (Finnish: ‘Sumi’) with added bittering agents of rhubarb root and fresh wormwood. Blended with macerated hand-pressed strawberry juice and infused with locally grown cascade hops to finish. 

Corrected with a cheeky shot of grappa if you’re so inclined.
